Summary:
The RN is responsible and accountable for providing bedside care, during an assigned shift, utilizing the nursing process for all patients assigned.
Emphasis is upon multiple disciplinary collaboration, prioritization and clinical judgment based upon current approved scientific knowledge.
Cares for patients of all ages.
License / Certifications:
Washington State RN License required.
Washington State RN License required.
Current AHA (American Heart Association) Health Care BLS Provider required.
Experience/Training:
Registered nurse with a minimum of two years' experience in acute care and pediatric nursing preferred.
Experience may be substituted by completion of the SRH Nurse Residency Program.
Working knowledge of fundamentals of nursing practice for medical surgical patients.
