96 an hour Job Summary This position is responsible and accountable on a 24/7 basis for the daily clinical and administrative operations of Case Management.
This includes clinical oversight, staffing, scheduling, counseling, performance management, educational planning, and budgeting practices.
Provides oversight for coordinating the departmental operations of Case Management.
This position is responsible for organizational resources through the patient continuum from point of entry through discharge and through work with post-acute care partners, assures the implementation of post-acute care plans.

Salary Range:

96/hr DOE Skagit Regional Health offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 457b/401a (retirement), long term disability, and paid time off to all employees holding an FTE of 20 or more hours per week.
Eligible employees also receive sick time pay.
Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
BSN or Bachelor degree in related field or current enrollment in BSN program required.
License/Certification Active and unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse license, required.
Certified Case Manager (CCM) designation preferred.
Experience/Training Minimum two years prior supervisory or management experience required.
Minimum two years of clinical experience.
