Essential Functions:
Develops and maintains working knowledge of the principles, standards, techniques and tools related to provider recruiting.
Educate and collaborate with executive team regarding the physician recruitment process, market availability of candidates, compensation updates, specialty trends, and other key components.
Maintains effective relationships with current providers, keeping abreast of medical staff and strategic growth and development items.
Manages all aspects of the provider recruitment process from early contact with prospective providers through start date.
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the provider recruitment sourcing activities through residency/fellowship programs, job boards and various other platforms.
Performs pre-screening activities to include conducting telephone interviews to determine candidate fit, performs reference and background checks, schedule and facilitate onsite interviews, and serve as the primary contact for candidates through contracting.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and exercise a high degree of initiative and creativity.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with provider candidates and other key stakeholders.
Ability to work with a diverse group of professionals and proven ability to work in a team atmosphere.
Strong organization, problem solving, and time management skills are essential.
Utilizes technology to maintain metrics, applicant tracking management.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or designee.
Continually develops and improves upon processes, procedures, policies and techniques to recruit providers.
Travel for recruitment events, as needed.
Participates in other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support recruitment of physicians and APPs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all SRH policies and procedures Our candidate will possess:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or other relevant field of study and/or equivalent experience specifically relevant to the primary accountabilities of the position required.
At least one year relevant work experience in recruitment or human resources required.
