66 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Information and Business Systems Analyst Skagit Valley Hospital Job Summary Role will drive the Materials Management ERP business systems services and workflow for new project requests, specialized technology enhancements and strategic technology roadmap initiatives, reporting to the Regional Director Materials Management.
As a MMIS Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with leaders and staff across the Finance, Payroll and IS departments and operational departments across the entire enterprise organization.
Capturing existing and future process and data workflows, requirements, item dictionary builds and MM operations systems roll out, and ongoing critical success factors.
Essential Functions Serves as the liaison between the SRH IS department and operational leaders requesting significant MMIS training and resources.
Conducts data gathering and analysis to understand the current business / clinical environment and challenges driving the need for MMIS solutions and resources.
Provides assistance to project sponsor and operational leaders in business case development.
Facilitates, documents and analyzes MMIS process models.
Facilitates the elicitation, organization and prioritization of business, functional and non-functional system requirements necessary for a successful solution and benefits realization.
Drives resource capacity planning system tools and processes supporting MM operations and Purchasing requests.
Educate MM team members on operational processes, department goals and objectives, and educate MM staff and end users of the new ERP and ongoing operational workflows and requirements.
Ensure data integrity of all fields within the MMIS ERP system.
Provide problem resolution to system issues.
Develop and implement custom and standard reports to support management and MM staff.
Audit system capabilities for accuracy, integrity, and functionality by performing system testing.
Identify the need for new audits as processes change and implement accordingly.
Administer mass Item Master data change processing.
Build all functions for supply chain data requirements within the MMIS ERP.
Ensure successful integration of MM ERP software applications with other systems.
Participate, provide expertise and assistance with MMIS ERP initiatives.
Serve as organizational support to employees, managers and candidates for the MMIS ERP system.
Assist Director and MM Operations Manager by creating and conducting formal training programs for employees and leaders on job-relevant supply chain functions.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or related field required.
Experience/Training Minimum 5-years-experience in business operations, finance, or technology preferred.
Experience in healthcare is desired.
License/Certifications Infor ERP certification if offered within 1 year of employment is required.
