Certified Surgical Technologist - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

$5,000 Sign On Bonus eligible for positions with a 0.6 FTE or higher
Essential Functions:
Assist the surgeon at the sterile field using the procedure in accordance with established procedures.
Assist patient and surgeon with procedure/surgery preparation.
Provide requested instrumentation.
Assist RN with preparation of patient prior to the procedure in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.
Prepare operating room for procedure to ensure patient safety.
Ensure all required equipment and instrumentation is available in the room.
Ensures additional supplies are available as needed. Set up the room based on procedure type.
Perform post procedure duties in accordance with established guidelines.
Assist with room turnover, instrumentation and equipment post procedure processing.
Salary:
$32.35/hr - $46.96/hr DOE

Qualifications:
Current Washington State Surgical Technologist registration required.
Current AHA (American Heart Association) Healthcare Provider BLS required.
High School diploma or GED required.
Graduate of a Surgical Technologist program or US military Operating Room training preferred.
